I've been slowly working on this piece throughout the semester inspired by the song "Mirrorball" by Taylor Swift. This is the largest I've ever painted, so I'm still on the base-layering and color-blocking stage. Over the last few days, I finally started to paint the metallic squares on her dress, and I hope to render out the face and background further in the coming weeks.
